Partial Highlights are an area of the head that includes upto 12 foils creating dimension to your hair color to go lighter, add depth with darker tones. This service includes hair styling. (If toner needed to enhance natural under tones add an additional $30.00 per 2oz), (add a hard water removal treatment $30.00: a treatment for mineral removal and shine by removing mineral that cause discoloration, dryness, and dullness).
